Política de reembolso
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and ship your return. We will provide you with the appropriate prepaid return label for your return and/or pay all of your return shipping fees. To begin a return, please contact us at support@hadleydecor.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
While all individual products are eligible for free returns, we do NOT accept high volume returns on the same items. Orders totaling over $1,000 on multiple quantities of the same product and/or orders of three or more of the same product are NOT eligible for return. Only ONE return label will be provided per product variant purchased. We highly recommend purchasing individual product samples prior to placing a bulk order. We do not accept returns of items that are shipped back to us without first requesting a return.
To be eligible for a return, we request the following:
- Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s).
- If any item(s) in your order arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damage to support@hadleydecor.com.
- We require proof of purchase to begin processing your return. Can't find your order? Our support team can help.
- Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with applicable tags, and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer, or caused by failing to properly pack and ship your return items. You can always contact us for any return question at support@hadleydecor.com.
Items NOT eligible for return
- Final sale, open box and clearance items
- Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way.
- Orders totaling over $1,000 on multiple quantities of the same product
- Orders of three or more of the same product
- Products that are not in resaleable condition or products missing the original packaging
- Items over 30 days of delivery
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hadleydecor.com.
